Why I Created the Method

The World Health Organisation describes the postnatal period as the most critical—and yet most neglected—phase in the lives of mothers and babies.

 

Despite overwhelming evidence highlighting the damaging effects of sleep deprivation—its links to postnatal depression, relationship strain, reduced wellbeing, and diminished happiness—there remains a striking lack of research, education, and practical support focused on preparing parents for the realities of postpartum life.
